*If you will be using a cooking device in your booth, a Fire extinguisher is required. Only electric or butane cooking equipment is permitted for use in the Exhibit Hall. All other cooking equipment is prohibited (i.e.no open flames, propane, etc.). You may provide your own fire extinguisher or order one by clicking HERE. *Exhibits using food, beverage, ink, chemicals, or other liquids must install visqueen to cover the entire booth area. If carpet is being used, the carpet may be laid on top of the visqueen; however carpeting does not substitute for the full coverage visqueen requirement. You can order visqueen by clicking HERE .

The Exhibit Hall is carpeted.

  MATERIAL HANDLING INFORMATION

It is recommended to ship all non-perishable exhibit materials to the advanced warehouse. Shipping to the warehouse will ensure that materials are in the booth space for exhibitor set up. The warehouse deadline date has been extended for receiving to ­­­­Wednesday, March 25, 2026. The standard warehouse material handling charge will be honored for all shipments received by this date. Any shipments sent directly to the facility will be required to be handled by Alliance Nationwide Exposition Company. The prevailing warehouse material handling rate plus a 20% minimum surcharge will be added to all direct shipments.  

For all food/perishable shipments, please contact events@nacufs.org . NACUFS will provide shipping labels and instructions for all perishable product shipments. You may also call the NACUFS line at 517.332.2494 and ask to speak with Harley.

Outbound shipments not consigned to Alliance Transportation and Logistics, the Official Show Carrier, require a pick-up to be scheduled in advance by the exhibiting company with its designated carrier of choice.

For outbound carrier pick up, please schedule your carrier to pick up from the above Outbound Pick Up address between the hours of 3:00pm and 7:00pm on Thursday, April 2, 2026. Carrier check-in deadline is 6:00pm on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit hall by 7:00pm on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

  FUEL AND LABOR SURCHARGE
