  What's Included In Your Booth 

Exhibitors who wish to receive the inclusive booth package furnishings at no cost must opt in by adding the booth package to their shopping cart and check out process by Friday, May 16, 2025.  This step is required to ensure that booth package furnishings are pre-ordered and delivered to your booth in advance.  Please click HERE to place your booth package order.  A $75 charge will apply to late orders.

CARPET

10’ x 10’ booths are not carpeted.  Booth carpet or professional floor covering is required.  Click HERE to view and order carpet. Exhibitors may provide their own professional-grade floor covering; Material Handling charges will apply.  Exhibitors providing their own carpeting or floor covering MUST notify Alliance Nationwide Exposition in writing prior to Friday, May 2, 2025, or by selecting the "Exhibitor Provided Carpet" option under the Carpet ordering section located HERE

 5’ x 10’ booths will have wall to wall carpet in TUXEDO.

 Aisles will be carpeted in TUXEDO.

  MATERIAL HANDLING INFORMATION

It is recommended to ship all exhibit materials to the advanced warehouse. Shipping to the warehouse will ensure that materials are in the booth space for exhibitor set up. The warehouse deadline date has been extended for receiving to ­­­­Friday, May 23, 2025. The standard warehouse material handling charge will be honored for all shipments received by this date. Any shipments sent directly to the facility will be required to be handled by Alliance Nationwide Exposition Company. The prevailing warehouse material handling rate plus a 20% minimum surcharge will be added to all direct shipments.

Outbound shipments not consigned to Alliance Transportation and Logistics, the Official Show Carrier, require a pick-up to be scheduled in advance by the exhibiting company with its designated carrier of choice.

For outbound carrier pick up, please schedule your carrier to pick up from the above Outbound Pick Up address between the hours of 1:00pm and 8:00pm on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Carrier check-in deadline is 7:00pm on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit hall by 8:00pm on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
